SOME GOOD NEWS!!!

On May 8th, 2007 I attended the planning commission meeting and got to see the new spec plans for the redevelopment of 173 Grille (formerly WOW) off of Woodward and 14 mile. The 173 Grille building will be demolished and replaced with a very good looking brick structure that will house office, retail, and a possible deli. The developer has also expressed an interest in redeveloping the building next door. They want to build a structure on that site that compliments the new building. This is pretty exciting news to me since I feel like the current black and shimmering platinum building is quite an eyesore.
